Tracing Glendale’s Past: Glendale History Online
All who are interested in Glendale history are welcome to visit the History Room located on the second floor of the Central Library. Some of the materials we have are Glendale city directories dating back to 1906; photographs of early Glendale history; and archival collections on the Glendale Unified School District, Forest Lawn, theaters of Glendale and other Glendale-related topics. For now, visits are by appointment only, but those of you who cannot make it here, or prefer not to physically visit us, there is plenty Glendale history to explore online.
